Wallpaper - Scintilla, Cloudstone

Our Scintilla, Cloudstone wallpaper brings a subtle, flowing movement to the wall through delicate stippling and soft grey tonal shifts. Created by Wallism Studio, the design presents an atmospheric, mineral-inspired visual texture reminiscent of drifting clouds or polished stone veining. Fine pointillist details blend into gentle diagonal waves, giving the surface depth and a calm, tactile appearance without high contrast. Like all our wall murals, it is made-to-measure to fit your specific wall dimensions, printed on PVC-free paper with a subtle physical surface structure, and designed to be straightforward to hang.

In the room

Because the contrast is gentle and the visual rhythm is continuous, we find this design works exceptionally well across all four walls of a bedroom, living room, or hallway. In smaller rooms or compact entryways, the soft horizontal and diagonal drift adds texture without overwhelming the space. On larger, uninterrupted walls, the subtle variations in grey give the wall a soft, plaster-like presence that catches changing daylight gracefully throughout the day.

Styling it

We recommend styling this wallpaper with clean-lined furniture and a mix of contrasting textures to highlight its mineral feel. Darker wood furniture, such as stained ash or walnut, creates a grounded contrast against the pale grey background. We also like pairing it with matte black accents or brushed metal details, which echo the fine, stippled grain of the pattern while keeping the overall room calm and contemporary.

Colour combinations

The design features a nuanced palette of pale stone grey, soft mist, and delicate charcoal stippling. Around it, we suggest using off-white, warm chalk, or charcoal paint on adjacent walls, woodwork, and trim. Deep slate, olive, or warm terracotta textiles also sit comfortably alongside these neutral grey tones, adding warmth without competing with the wallpaper's understated pattern.
