Wallpaper - Zanni

Our Zanni wallpaper by Julia Dreams pairs a structured geometric grid with the soft, organic fluidity of hand-painted watercolor diamonds. Set against a clean white backdrop, each diamond shape displays subtle tonal variations ranging from pebble gray to muted slate, giving the orderly repeat a relaxed, artistic feel. This balance between clean geometric alignment and painterly texture brings a tranquil, contemporary atmosphere to any interior. Like all Wallism wallpapers, this design is made-to-measure according to your specific wall dimensions and printed on PVC-free paper with a subtle physical surface structure.

In the room

The open composition and medium-scale repeat make Zanni an adaptable choice across both compact and expansive spaces. In a bedroom, we see this pattern working beautifully across all four walls to create a cohesive, cocooning environment without overwhelming the senses, or placed behind a headboard as a quiet accent wall. It is equally well suited to a dedicated home office or study, where the geometric rhythm provides visual interest while the soft watercolor texture maintains a calm, focused backdrop for day-to-day work. Because the pattern relies on generous negative space between the diamonds, it sits comfortably even on walls interrupted by shelving, desks, or doorways.

Styling it

We recommend styling Zanni with contemporary, minimalist furniture that echoes its clean lines and restrained character. Low-profile silhouettes and clean-edged joinery allow the delicate geometric rhythm of the wall mural to remain central to the room.

To complement the cool, painterly qualities of the watercolor shapes, incorporate warm natural timber such as light ash or natural oak. Matte black accents in lighting fixtures or slender chair legs can also ground the space, picking up on the darker charcoal nuances found within the individual diamond motifs while maintaining an airy, uncluttered look.

Colour combinations

The motif itself combines soft pebble gray, cool slate, and muted graphite tones against a crisp white ground. When selecting paint colors for adjacent walls, skirting boards, or built-in cabinetry, consider cool off-whites or pale grays to keep the space seamless and expansive. If you prefer subtle contrast, a deeper charcoal or muted denim blue on woodwork or doors provides a sophisticated frame for our mural wallpapers without competing with the pattern.
