Wallpaper - Garden Blues I

Our Garden Blues I wallpaper, created with Farida Zaman, brings together stylized five-petal flowers in rich navy outlines blooming against a soft light blue backdrop. Green stems and detailed leaf veins lend a gentle botanical rhythm, while smaller closed buds add visual balance throughout the repeat. The design features a painterly, watercolor-inspired finish that gives the floral forms a distinctive illustrated character. Like all our wall murals, it is made-to-measure to your exact wall dimensions on PVC-free paper with a subtle surface structure.

In the room

Because the botanical pattern maintains a balanced, airy rhythm, this wallpaper works beautifully across multiple walls in a nursery or a quiet guest bedroom. In a bathroom or powder room, the cool blue and green tones create a fresh, tranquil mood against crisp painted woodwork. The scale of the floral elements is prominent enough to anchor a dedicated accent wall behind a bed or crib, yet open enough not to overpower smaller, more compact rooms.

Styling it

We recommend pairing this design with simple painted furniture in soft off-white, pale grey, or muted navy to echo the linework of the flowers. Natural light-toned woods, such as bleached ash or light oak, help keep the atmosphere gentle and grounded. If you are adding textiles, plain woven linens or light cottons in unpatterned cream or soft olive green complement the floral motif without competing with its hand-painted details.

Colour combinations

The palette in our wallpaper centres on soft sky blue, deep navy linework, and muted leafy greens. In surrounding rooms or adjacent architectural details, clean off-whites and cool creams provide a crisp, classic frame for the motif. For a deeper, more grounded combination, pulling out the dark navy from the floral contours for painted woodwork, doors, or cabinetry creates an elegant tonal connection across the space.
