Wallpaper - Spring Delight IX

Created by Anne Tavoletti, our Spring Delight IX wallpaper presents a charming sketch-style rabbit sitting gently against an earthy backdrop. The brown bunny takes focal position with expressive brush-stroke texture and upright ears, while a delicate orange butterfly flutters nearby to add an uplifting accent. In the background, subtle floral sunburst patterns and a visual canvas weave bring quiet depth to the scene without competing with the main illustration. Like all our wall murals, this design is made-to-measure and printed on PVC-free wallpaper paper with a subtle surface structure.

In the room

Because the rabbit illustration has such an expressive focal presence, we like giving this design a dedicated wall where the artwork can be viewed in full. In a nursery, toddler room, or children's bedroom, it makes a serene feature behind a crib, low cot, or reading corner. The neutral beige background keeps the mural calm across larger surfaces, while the soft contrast prevents the large motif from overpowering a compact room.

Styling it

We would keep the surrounding furnishings relatively simple and let the artistic character of the wall murals set the tone. Natural materials and quiet painted finishes complement the hand-drawn quality especially well:

• Warm, light-toned wood furniture such as birch or ash connects naturally with the earthy brown lines of the illustration.
• Soft woven textiles in neutral linen, muted cream, or soft cotton add physical warmth without adding busy competing patterns.
• Subtle accents in mustard, apricot, or warm amber echo the fluttering butterfly and bring a cheerful touch to shelves or bedding.

Colour combinations

Our wallpaper centers on earthy light brown, soft off-white, and warm beige, highlighted by the bright orange butterfly. To create a balanced palette across the rest of the room, we suggest pairing it with warm ivory, soft fawn, or gentle muted ochre on adjacent walls and woodwork. Muted mossy greens and soft terracotta also pair beautifully if you want to expand the nature-inspired theme.
