Wallpaper - Hearth and Home V

Designed by Yvette St. Amant, our Hearth and Home V wallpaper brings a joyful, festive spirit to the wall through a charming holiday vignette. At the center sits a stylized Christmas tree in a bold red pot, decorated with delicate bows and striped baubles in cherry red and soft pink. A decorative scalloped medallion frame encloses the tree, while playful vertical wavy stripes in vivid red run down the crisp white background. The block-print and hand-drawn character lends the artwork a warm, nostalgic feel. Our wallpapers are made-to-measure on PVC-free paper with a subtle surface structure, making it straightforward to introduce seasonal cheer to your home.

In the room

We see this design working beautifully as a celebratory accent wall during the holiday season, though its folk-inspired charm holds up year-round in creative spaces. In a dining room or around an entryway, the bold circular medallion naturally draws the eye and creates an inviting focal point. It is equally delightful in a children's bedroom, nursery, or playroom, where the playful stripes and whimsical tree motif bring energy and character without overwhelming the room. Because the composition features a prominent central emblem surrounded by vertical movement, we recommend placing it on an open or lightly furnished wall where the medallion can be seen in its entirety.

Styling it

To complement the graphic red-and-white palette, we suggest pairing the wallpaper with simple, painted wooden furniture in soft white, muted cream, or natural pine. Keeping surrounding lines clean allows the decorative scalloping and wavy stripes to take center stage. For a cozy seasonal atmosphere, incorporate textured textiles like chunky knit throws, woven wool cushions, or unbleached linen table linens. Small decorative accents in deep forest green or muted blush will subtly echo the tree branches and ornaments without competing with the lively cherry red tones.

Colour combinations

The pattern is defined by vivid cherry red, crisp white, deep evergreen, and touches of pale blush pink. When choosing colors for surrounding walls, woodwork, or larger furnishings, a warm off-white or soft linen shade maintains the bright, graphic feel of the background. If you prefer to lean into the festive contrast, deep olive or forest green on adjacent trim or cabinetry creates a classic holiday balance. Alternatively, soft dusty rose and blush tones pull out the gentler details of the baubles for a softer, vintage-leaning look.
