Wallpaper - Peony with Ribbon

Our Peony with Ribbon wallpaper brings the classic warmth of an impressionistic floral still life into the home. Created by artist Cheri Blum, this design features a delicate bouquet composed with soft pink, peach, and cream blossoms, accented by green foliage and small white buds set against a warm beige background. Visible brushstrokes and oil-paint-inspired textures give the piece a nostalgic, painterly depth that feels quietly romantic. Produced as made-to-measure, PVC-free wall murals with a subtle physical structure in the paper, this design offers an easy way to introduce timeless art to your walls.

In the room

We see this design working beautifully in a bedroom or guest room where the gentle palette and painterly motif can set a restful, welcoming tone. Because it is a focused still life composition, we recommend placing it on an uninterrupted feature wall, such as behind a bed frame or centered behind a sofa in a living room. In spaces with soft natural daylight, the gentle yellow undertones and subtle contrasts between the peach and cream petals become particularly rich and inviting.

Styling it

To complement the vintage character of the artwork, we would pair this wallpaper with classic or heritage-inspired interior elements. Painted wooden furniture in muted ivory, chalky white, or soft sage creates a cohesive look that lets the floral motif take center stage. For surrounding furnishings, simple linen or woven cotton textiles in neutral tones help keep the atmosphere light without competing with the painterly detail of the bouquet.

Colour combinations

The wallpaper itself features a palette of soft pastel pink, peach, and cream, balanced with leafy greens and small white floral accents over a warm beige ground with gentle yellow undertones. When painting surrounding walls or woodwork, consider soft off-whites, warm greiges, or muted cream tones that echo the background. If you prefer a subtle accent color, pull out the subdued green from the foliage or the dusty peach from the petals for curtains, cushions, or painted trim.
