Wallpaper - Coyote Buttes VII Blush

Captured by landscape photographer Alan Majchrowicz, our Coyote Buttes VII Blush wallpaper presents the undulating geological striations of desert sandstone in a soft, sun-washed palette. The composition highlights the sweeping curves and layered sedimentary textures of natural rock, where delicate coral pink, blush, and warm mineral tones create a tranquil, organic rhythm across the wall. As one of our photographic mural wallpapers, this design is made to measure to your wall dimensions and printed on PVC-free paper with a subtle surface structure that feels straightforward to hang.

In the room

We see this design working beautifully on a main feature wall in a living room, especially behind a low-profile sofa where the sweeping diagonal lines of the sandstone can travel uninterrupted across the space. The architectural scale of the rock strata gives the room a sense of depth without feeling heavy or visually cluttered. In a home art studio or study, the soft coral and blush tones introduce a calming, grounded atmosphere that encourages focus without distracting from creative work. Because the pattern relies on broad sedimentary waves rather than a tight repeat, giving the wallpaper a wider wall area allows the natural geology of the scene to unfold fully.

Styling it

To complement the organic modern feel of the photography, we would pair this wallpaper with low-slung furniture that features soft, rounded silhouettes. Upholstered pieces in textured cream bouclé, undyed linen, or warm oatmeal allow the movement in the mural to remain the primary focus. For surrounding woodwork, lighter wood finishes such as bleached ash, pale birch, or white oak keep the overall look airy and natural. We would avoid overly angular, high-contrast industrial pieces here, leaning instead toward smooth ceramics, stone accents, and understated lighting that softly grazes the wall to highlight the layered striations.

Colour combinations

The palette within our wallpaper centers on warm coral pink, soft blush, dusty peach, and pale sandy cream. When selecting paint colors for adjacent walls and baseboards, we suggest looking to warm off-white, alabaster, or a gentle limestone tone to keep the room cohesive and bright. If you prefer a richer, tone-on-tone palette, soft terracotta or muted desert clay creates a warm and enveloping environment. For subtle contrast in furniture or decorative accents, muted olive green or soft sage provides a grounded, botanical counterpoint to the warm pink undertones of the rock.
