Wallpaper - Woven Vessels I

Created by Albena Hristova, our Woven Vessels I wallpaper brings an earthy, still-life composition to the wall. The design features a cluster of three shallow woven bowls and baskets, rendered with the visual character of layered oil paint on textured canvas. Rich caramel, warm brown, and soft sand tones are accented with subtle touches of muted teal and ochre. Set against a weathered, plaster-like background, the low-contrast palette gives the entire motif a tranquil, rustic presence. Produced to your custom wall dimensions, our wallpapers are PVC-free and printed on paper with a subtle physical surface structure.

In the room

We see Woven Vessels I working especially well in a dining room or living room where you want to introduce an artistic, grounded atmosphere. Because the composition centers on a grouping of vessels with generous negative space across the upper wall, it suits an uninterrupted feature wall behind a dining table or low sofa. The warm, tonal qualities also make this wall mural an inviting backdrop in an entryway or living area where you want the visual depth of an oil painting on a larger scale.

Styling it

The organic, artisanal character of this wallpaper pairs naturally with organic modern and contemporary rustic interiors. We would balance the grounded caramel and brown tones of the motif with low-profile furniture in light or warm wood tones. Surrounding the wall mural with natural pottery, stoneware, or woven accents echoes the forms in the artwork without overwhelming the space. Keeping larger upholstered pieces in quiet, neutral linen tones allows the painted textural detailing of the wallpaper to remain the clear focal point.

Colour combinations

The palette of our wallpaper is anchored by warm caramel, earthy browns, and weathered beige, highlighted by faint accents of teal and faded ochre. To create a cohesive room scheme, we suggest pairing it with surrounding walls in soft sand, warm off-white, or muted stone. If you prefer deeper contrast, furniture or architectural trim in warm chestnut, deep terracotta, or charcoal creates a sophisticated dialogue with the darker concentric details of the woven bowls.
