Wallpaper - Pretty Bows II

Our Pretty Bows II wallpaper by Farida Zaman presents three distinct pink bow motifs arranged across a gentle light blue backdrop. Each bow brings its own character to the composition: one with playful wavy stripes, a second in solid baby pink with flowing ribbon tails, and a third detailed with a crisp checkered pattern. The watercolor-like quality and rounded forms give the illustration a charming, hand-painted aesthetic with balanced visual rhythm. Made to measure on our PVC-free paper with a subtle surface structure, this design offers a cheerful and decorative focal point for children's spaces and creative rooms.

In the room

We see this wallpaper working beautifully in a nursery, toddler bedroom, or playroom, where the soft pastel palette creates a bright yet calming environment. Because the three bow illustrations have generous breathing room against the light blue ground, the design sits comfortably on an accent wall behind a cot, toddler bed, or reading nook without overwhelming the space. In a dressing room, teenage bedroom, or powder room, the graphic motifs add a playful decorative note, especially when placed on an uninterrupted wall where the complete bow details remain fully visible.

Styling it

To complement the graphic shapes of the bows, we recommend keeping surrounding furniture simple and light. Painted white or light-toned wooden furniture provides a clean setting that lets the pastel tones stand out. When selecting textiles such as bedding or window treatments, pulling in solid pale blues, creams, or soft pinks will harmonise naturally with the artwork without competing with the patterned ribbons.

Colour combinations

The palette centers on soft baby pinks and a pale, airy blue background, highlighted by crisp white accents in the checkered and striped patterns. For adjacent painted walls and woodwork, warm off-white, ivory, or pale chalky cream creates a seamless transition. If you prefer a more cohesive and immersive look, matching the surrounding walls to the soft background blue or introducing subtle blush accents in accessories brings out the warmth of the pink bows.
