Wallpaper - Paper Cut

Our Paper Cut wallpaper brings together overlapping geometric planes in crisp, tonal shades of blue, from bright aquamarine and vibrant cyan to deep indigo and muted teal. The composition creates a sense of depth through angled paper-like layers and subtle visual shadows along the intersecting edges. With its minimalist, architectural structure and clean diagonal lines, this design offers a calm yet dynamic presence on the wall. Produced as a made-to-measure, PVC-free wallpaper, it brings a structured, contemporary graphic quality to any interior while remaining straightforward to hang.

In the room

We see this design working particularly well in a home office, study, or hallway where clear architectural lines can give the space a grounded, orderly rhythm. Because the motif relies on bold diagonal angles and large intersecting color fields, it benefits from an uninterrupted wall where the full geometric flow can be seen across the surface. In a study or workspace, placing the wallpaper behind a desk or open shelving creates a clean, focused backdrop without visual clutter. For a hallway or staircase, the diagonal angles naturally echo the sense of movement and transition throughout the home.

Styling it

To complement the sharp angles and cool palette of the design, we suggest pairing it with clean-lined furniture and restrained materials. Contemporary desks or sideboards with minimal silhouettes keep the visual emphasis on the wall's geometry. Warm wood finishes, such as natural ash or light oak, introduce an inviting contrast that softens the cool blue tones without complicating the overall layout. Keeping decorative objects simple and functional helps maintain the minimalist character of the room.

Colour combinations

The wallpaper features a layered blue palette containing aquamarine, deep indigo, turquoise, and slate tones. To create a cohesive setting, we recommend combining it with crisp off-white or soft pale grey on adjacent walls and painted woodwork. If you want to lean into a deeper atmosphere, dark navy trim or accents can echo the richest sections of the pattern. For smaller furnishings and accessories, muted ochre or warm camel can provide a subtle, balanced contrast against the cool blue planes.
