Wallpaper - Musical Angels

Our Musical Angels wallpaper brings an expressive, sketchbook quality to the wall with fine black ink drawings floating across a light, warm background. The composition balances winged angelic figures with musical notes, playful splatters, heart motifs, a small Christmas tree, and handwritten phrases like "Happy" and "The end." The rhythm feels spontaneous and narrative, offering small visual stories that invite you to look a little closer. Produced custom to your wall dimensions, our mural wallpapers are PVC-free and printed on paper with a subtle surface structure.

In the room

Because the motif is full of varied, smaller details, we like this design on a wall where you can appreciate the line work up close. In a living room or a creative home studio, it works wonderfully as a feature wall behind a low sofa, desk, or reading bench where the individual figures remain in clear view. The light background keeps the overall feeling open, making it equally fitting for a teenage room or a study. If you have an uninterrupted wall with good natural light, the contrast between the black ink and the light ground stands out cleanly without overpowering the surrounding space.

Styling it

We recommend letting the graphic nature of the ink drawing take centre stage by keeping adjacent furnishings simple and uncluttered.

• Choose furniture with clean, modern lines or mid-century silhouettes so the room feels balanced against the expressive, freehand linework.
• Introduce warm wood tones such as natural ash, birch, or pale oak to complement the earthy warmth of the light paper background.
• Keep surrounding upholstery and larger textiles in solid, textured fabrics rather than competing patterns, allowing the wallpaper to carry the visual energy.

Colour combinations

The artwork centres on black line work against a light, earthy ground. To build a cohesive room around this wallpaper, look to warm off-whites, soft parchment tones, or gentle linen shades on adjoining walls and painted woodwork. If you want to introduce deeper accents, charcoal or matte black in furniture frames echoes the ink drawing directly. Muted earthy accents like warm ochre, soft clay, or forest green also sit naturally alongside the palette without clashing with the motif.
