Wallpaper - Ducks in the Pumpkin Patch II

Our Ducks in the Pumpkin Patch II wallpaper brings an illustrated autumn scene to the wall, illustrated by Yvette St. Amant. Two white ducks dressed in boots and patterned scarves stand together against a warm, soft apricot background, surrounded by plump orange pumpkins and delicate leaf silhouettes. One duck sports bright red accents with a sunflower on its head, while the other wears blue, creating a charming focal point full of character. Like all our wall murals, this design is made-to-measure to fit your dimensions and printed on PVC-free paper with a subtle physical structure.

In the room

Because the motif features a central narrative with the two illustrated ducks, we particularly like using this wallpaper on an accent wall where the full scene can sit uninterrupted. In a nursery, toddler room, or children's playroom, placing the design behind a low cot, a toy chest, or a small reading nook keeps the charming characters visible without being hidden by tall furniture. The warm apricot base also makes it a friendly backdrop for family spaces like a casual breakfast kitchen or a welcoming mudroom, where its autumnal character adds personality without overpowering the room.

Styling it

To complement the traditional cottage feel of the illustration, we would lean toward understated, natural surroundings that allow the artwork to stand out.

• Pair with lighter wood or painted furniture in muted cream or soft off-white to maintain a bright, welcoming atmosphere around the wall.
• Balance the warm apricot and orange tones by picking up the cooler blue accent from the duck's scarf in surrounding textiles like cushions or light throws.
• Keep wall accessories simple so the detailed pumpkin patch and illustrated ducks remain the main visual focus in the space.

Colour combinations

The wallpaper is built around a palette of warm apricot, soft orange, and crisp white, energized by small touches of bold red, sunflower yellow, and clear blue. To build a cohesive palette across the rest of the room, we suggest working with warm ivory, muted cream, or soft biscuit on adjacent painted walls and woodwork. If you want to introduce contrasting accents in surrounding decor, gentle slate blue or muted forest green echo the accessory shades in the illustration while keeping the overall room grounded and balanced.
