Wallpaper - Holiday Poinsettia

Our Holiday Poinsettia wallpaper, created in collaboration with Kristy Rice, centers on an expressive botanical motif with a distinctive watercolor-inspired character. Large red petals soften into delicate pink gradients around a vibrant green center, framed by deep-veined foliage and fine dark blue line work that adds an illustrative layer to the composition. The painted forms rest against an off-white background with a textured appearance, giving the floral artwork clear definition and visual depth. Produced custom to your exact dimensions, our PVC-free wallpapers feature a subtle paper structure that complements detailed painted designs.

In the room

We see this botanical design working especially well as an accent wall in a living room or behind a bed in a bedroom. Because the central bloom and surrounding leaves have a bold, painterly scale, giving the wallpaper a wide, relatively uninterrupted wall allows the flow of the petals and fine line work to be appreciated in full. In a quiet reading corner or a dedicated meditation space, the fluid transitions between crimson, rose, and verdant green bring an organic, grounding energy without overwhelming the area.

Styling it

To let the expressive floral forms remain the visual focus, we suggest pairing the wallpaper with furniture that has clean, grounded silhouettes. Natural wood finishes, such as warm oak or walnut, harmonize beautifully with the botanical greenery and bring out the warmth of the red tones. For surrounding textiles, soft woven fabrics in neutral tones like oat or unbleached cotton help balance the richness of the painted petals, while subtle accents in deep navy or indigo can echo the delicate blue contour lines within the artwork.

Colour combinations

The wallpaper features a vibrant palette of rich red, soft pink, leaf green, and fine dark blue line accents set against a textured white ground. For adjacent walls and painted trim, a soft warm white or pale parchment creates a seamless, bright backdrop that lets the colors stand out. If you want a more enveloping, layered feel in the room, deep forest green or muted blush tones drawn directly from the petals make excellent companion shades for cabinetry, upholstery, or accent pieces.
