Wallpaper - Impressions VI

Our Impressions VI wallpaper by Dina June pairs a symmetrical floral composition with painterly botanical forms. Maroon and berry-toned tulips rise through slender green leaves and warm brown accents, balanced across a soft beige background with a gentle fan-like visual pattern. The watercolor-inspired rendering gives the decorative motif a calm, artisanal character with balanced rhythm across the wall. Like all Wallism wallpapers, this design is custom-made to your exact wall dimensions on PVC-free paper with a subtle surface texture.

In the room

Because the design relies on a structured, symmetrical arrangement, we like to give this wallpaper an uninterrupted focal wall where the repeat can display its full balance. In a living room, it works naturally behind a low sofa or credenza, grounding the seating area without overwhelming the room. In a bedroom, placing the motif behind the headboard creates an elegant, classic feature wall that frames the bed. The earthy palette and quiet decorative symmetry also make it well suited to a private home art studio or meditation room, where its composed floral rhythm brings an orderly, decorative quality to the space.

Styling it

We recommend letting the symmetry and heritage character of the motif guide the surrounding interior choices. Furniture with classic lines, such as mid-toned or dark stained wood cabinets, creates a natural dialogue with the brown botanical accents in the pattern. To keep the focus on the floral artwork, select understated upholstered seating in soft linen or woven wool rather than competing prints. Muted brass lighting or simple dark hardware provides just enough definition around the wallpaper without distracting from the painted botanical detail.

Colour combinations

The wallpaper is built around earthy greens, deep berry and maroon red, soft brown, and a light beige ground. For surrounding walls, doors, and trim, muted beige or soft ecru shades harmonise naturally with the backdrop of the motif. If you want to introduce deeper contrast, picking up the rich berry or deep burgundy tone on adjacent painted woodwork or an accent armchair adds depth to the room while keeping the palette cohesive.
