Wallpaper - Pasta Fresca Spaghetti

Our Pasta Fresca Spaghetti wallpaper brings together playful graphic art and retro Italian food culture, designed by Veronique Charron. Centred around a silver fork twirling vibrant yellow spaghetti garnished with a crisp green chilli pepper, the composition sits against a warm, blush pink background with subtle painterly texture. Crisp typography reading "SPAGHETTI" and "PASTA FRESCA IN SALSA PICANTE" frames the illustration with a clean, poster-like character reminiscent of postmodern prints. Like all our wallpapers, this design is custom made-to-measure on PVC-free paper with a subtle surface structure, making it straightforward to hang.

In the room

We love this design in a kitchen or dining room where its lively culinary motif feels right at home. The bold central graphic and generous pink backdrop work exceptionally well as a feature wall behind a dining table or along a breakfast nook, giving the room an immediate focal point without overwhelming the entire space. Because the artwork relies on a strong, poster-inspired layout, we recommend placing it on a wall that offers clear sightlines rather than hiding the central fork and typography behind high cabinetry. In spaces with good daylight, the contrast between the warm blush base, bright yellow pasta, and green pepper stands out with crisp graphic clarity.

Styling it

To let the graphic personality of this wall mural lead the room, we suggest keeping the surrounding furniture clean-lined and confident. Mid-century dining chairs, contemporary painted timber tables, or sleek bistro seating pair naturally with the design's retro graphic character. For lighting, clean pendant lamps hung over the dining table help highlight the central illustration during evening meals. Matte black hardware or simple brushed metal details echo the clean typographic lines and silver fork in the print.

Colour combinations

The wallpaper balances a warm blush pink ground with rich yellow, sharp green, silver, and solid black typography. When choosing colours for surrounding walls, cabinetry, or trim, consider pulling directly from these tones:

• Soft chalky whites or pale warm neutrals keep the surrounding area light and let the pink background take center stage.
• Forest green or olive accents on kitchen cabinets, shelving, or trim create a handsome contrast that draws out the chilli pepper detail.
• Warm mustard or ochre elements in small decorative pieces tie back to the pasta motif.
• Charcoal or crisp black accents help ground the room and echo the bold lettering.
