Wallpaper - Figure It Out

Our Figure It Out wallpaper brings together expressive brushwork and bold geometric forms in an artistic, layered composition. Set against a dreamy background of soft blue and white painterly tones, the design balances deeper cobalt blue passages with energetic accents of red and a striking vertical yellow stripe. Painted-looking textures reminiscent of oil paint give the forms rich visual depth, while a muted circular shape grounds the movement across the surface. Made to measure on our PVC-free paper with a subtle physical structure, this abstract wall mural gives plain walls the presence of a curated art piece.

In the room

Because of its expressive scale and dynamic composition, we like this design best on an open, relatively uninterrupted feature wall where the full abstract arrangement can be appreciated. In a living room or a dedicated creative home studio, placing the mural wallpaper behind a sofa or along the main focal wall creates an engaging centerpiece without overwhelming the surrounding space. The interplay between softer blue-white fields and punchy red lines holds interest across both large and smaller rooms, giving the entire interior an intentional, contemporary character.

Styling it

When working with such an artistic, postmodern-inspired pattern, we recommend keeping larger furniture pieces relatively grounded in simple silhouettes. A low-profile sofa in neutral upholstery allows the dynamic shapes and vibrant accents to take center stage. To echo the wallpaper's creative spirit, you might introduce subtle black metal accents or clean-lined shelving that complement the graphic red and yellow elements without creating visual clutter.

Colour combinations

The motif is built around deep cobalt blue, airy soft blue, crisp white, warm yellow, and sharp red accents. For adjacent walls and woodwork, muted off-whites or soft misty greys provide a quiet transition that lets the wallpaper remain the focal point. If you prefer a richer palette, surrounding the design with deep navy or midnight blue trim can frame the composition beautifully and amplify its moody, gallery-like atmosphere.
