Wallpaper - Paris Love Locks

Our Paris Love Locks wallpaper brings a focused urban moment into the room, pairing the close detail of three padlocks on a metal fence with the softly blurred silhouette of the Eiffel Tower in the background. Designed by Tono Balaguer, the composition balances sharp foreground metalwork in golden and reddish-brown tones against a gentle backdrop of misty blue, warm orange, and quiet gray. We produce our wallpapers made-to-measure on PVC-free paper with a subtle paper structure, giving you a custom fit that helps reduce excess material.

In the room

Because this mural wallpaper relies on a strong focal point in the lower foreground paired with an open, atmospheric upper half, we see it working particularly well as an accent wall in a bedroom, living room, or dedicated dressing room. Setting the design on the wall behind a bed headboard or a low-backed sofa lets the warm metallic locks sit comfortably at eye level, while the hazy Paris skyline and Eiffel Tower extend upward into the room's open vertical space. In a home office, study, or hallway, the depth of field creates a sense of visual openness that prevents narrower or more functional spaces from feeling enclosed.

Styling it

The photographic depth in our Paris Love Locks wall mural works best when the surrounding room elements maintain clean, uncluttered silhouettes. We suggest pairing it with furniture in simple black metal frames or deeper charcoal finishes to pick up on the fence structure without overpowering the softer tones behind it. Keeping nearby upholstery and larger textiles in smooth, unpatterned weaves allows the detailed foreground of the wallpaper to remain the clear focal point of your interior.

Colour combinations

The palette within our design revolves around the contrast between warm foreground accents and cool, ambient background tones. The golden yellow and reddish-brown of the padlocks provide natural warmth, while the blurred cityscape introduces soft slate blues, dusty grays, and pale orange sunset highlights. In the surrounding room, we suggest using off-whites, warm stone, or muted slate on adjacent walls and trim. If you want to draw out the warmer accents, consider introducing cognac leather or muted terracotta through accent seating and decorative pieces.
