Wallpaper - Twee Ducklings

Our Twee Ducklings wallpaper brings a gentle narrative to a wall, featuring soft yellow ducklings wandering among delicate pastel blossoms and leafy botanical stems. Created by NickStudios, the illustrated motif uses a watercolor-like appearance with soft rounded forms, set against an airy light beige background accented with subtle touches of soft orange, sunny yellow, and leaf green. The open repeat creates a calm rhythm across larger surfaces without overwhelming the space. Like all Wallism wallpapers, this design is made-to-measure to your exact wall dimensions on PVC-free paper with a subtle paper structure, simple to hang in any home.

In the room

Because the repeat has an airy composition and gentle contrast, this design works beautifully across all four walls of a nursery or toddler room rather than being restricted to a single accent wall. In a child's bedroom or sleeping nook, placing the wallpaper behind a cot or low toddler bed frames the space in a warm, storybook atmosphere. For smaller spaces, the light background helps keep the room feeling open, while in larger rooms, the continuous distribution of ducklings and florals creates an engaging visual backdrop that holds interest without competing with toys and play areas.

Styling it

We recommend pairing this wallpaper with furnishings in warm natural wood tones or painted finishes in soft ivory and muted butter yellow. Keeping the larger furniture pieces simple and grounded allows the delicate watercolor details of the wall mural to remain the focal point of the nursery. Soft cotton and linen textiles in natural unbleached tones complement the light fawn background, while simple wall shelves with wooden toys or framed picture books echo the gentle charm of the motif.

Colour combinations

The wallpaper is grounded in a palette of warm fawn beige, soft yellow, leafy green, and delicate petal tones. To build a cohesive interior, we suggest pulling the warm cream and off-white tones onto adjacent painted walls, ceiling mouldings, and skirting boards. For accent colours on curtains, cushions, or small decorative items, soft moss green, warm honey yellow, and subtle apricot work naturally alongside the illustrated florals and ducklings.
