Wallpaper - Tiny Regatta

Our Tiny Regatta wallpaper brings a charming nautical motif to the wall with watercolor-style sailing boats drifting across a clean, light backdrop. Created by Zenina, the design alternates between boats with simple warm sails and vessels sporting soft blue-grey stripes and gentle red hull accents, accompanied by subtle wavy water lines. The repeating pattern feels open and calm, offering a playful yet classic maritime character. Like all our wall murals, this design is made-to-measure to fit your room dimensions, printed on PVC-free paper with a subtle paper structure.

In the room

We especially like this design for children's spaces, including nurseries, playrooms, and bedrooms. The repeating boats have enough visual presence to create an engaging accent wall behind a crib or bed, yet the open white background keeps the overall atmosphere airy and calm. It also works beautifully in a family bathroom or a lakeside vacation home where a light maritime theme fits right in. Because the repeat is evenly spaced, the pattern sits comfortably on both wide continuous walls and smaller, fragmented surfaces around doors or shelving.

Styling it

For styling, we would pair this wallpaper with light painted furniture or natural warm wood tones to complement the wooden hulls in the illustration. White or pale cream textiles help maintain the breezy, seaside feeling without overwhelming the room. Simple decorative accents like woven storage baskets or soft maritime toys will tie the theme together naturally while letting the boat motifs remain the main focal point.

Colour combinations

The design features soft light brown hulls, gentle off-white sails, muted blue-grey striped accents, and warm reddish-brown hull trims against a crisp white ground. When choosing surrounding wall paint or furnishings, consider warm whites or soft off-whites to match the background, or pull out the pale coastal blue and gentle red tones for small accents, curtains, or painted woodwork.
