Wallpaper - Fall Bisque

Created by Yvette St. Amant, this painterly wallpaper depicts an inviting tabletop arrangement set with bowls of warm soup, sliced crusty bread, eucalyptus sprigs, and seasonal pumpkins. The painted oil-like brushwork and diagonal plaid tablecloth bring an earthy, rustic charm to the composition, balanced by warm pumpkin orange, cream, and muted green tones. Our mural wallpapers are custom made-to-measure on PVC-free paper with a subtle surface texture, offering a characterful feature wall for culinary and gathering spaces.

In the room

This design feels most natural in spaces dedicated to cooking, dining, and hospitality, such as a kitchen, dining room, or a dedicated pantry. Because the artwork captures an overhead still-life perspective with generous painterly details, we think it works best on an open, relatively uninterrupted accent wall where the full tabletop scene can be appreciated. In a dining area, placing the wallpaper alongside a dining table creates a welcoming backdrop for shared meals. In a kitchen or pantry setting, it adds warmth and visual storytelling to open wall sections around cabinetry.

Styling it

The rustic farmhouse and cottage aesthetic of the artwork pairs naturally with simple, unpretentious interior elements. We would combine this wallpaper with warm, natural wood finishes like rustic oak or pine dining furniture to echo the wooden plate charger in the painting. Surrounding details are best kept relatively quiet, using simple white tableware and soft, textured fabrics to complement the illustrated tablecloth without competing with the rich painted motif.

Colour combinations

The palette is grounded in warm pumpkin orange, earthy terracotta, cream, and soft eucalyptus green, set against a neutral checkered background. For surrounding surfaces, soft off-white, buttermilk cream, or light warm beige will keep the room bright while harmonising with the lighter tones of the artwork. If you want a more cocooning feel, pulling a deeper terracotta or a muted sage green for adjacent trim or lower wall panelling beautifully picks up the foliage and ceramic tones within the print.
