Wallpaper - Levitating Leaves

Our Levitating Leaves wallpaper brings together large overlapping leaves in muted sage green and soft grey tones, set against a light beige background. Thin curved stems connect the foliage across the composition, while gentle wavy contours and subtle tonal shading give each leaf a soft sense of depth. The low-contrast palette keeps the larger botanical forms quiet on the wall, creating a flowing rhythm that works especially well across full-height residential spaces. Made to measure on PVC-free paper with a subtle physical surface structure, this wallpaper is easy to hang and simple to position in your home.

In the room

We see this wallpaper working particularly well in a bedroom or a living room where you want botanical interest without heavy visual contrast. Because the overlapping leaves have a generous scale, the design shows its full rhythm across wider uninterrupted walls, such as behind a bed or along the primary wall of a living area. The muted balance between sage green and light beige also makes it versatile enough to run across multiple walls in a calm living space without feeling visually busy. Under natural daylight, the gentle shifts between grey and green tones become clearer, while softer artificial lighting in the evening emphasizes the warm, neutral undertone of the background.

Styling it

The organic movement of the leaves pairs naturally with contemporary Scandinavian or understated modern interiors. We would balance the fluid curves of the foliage with clean-lined furniture in pale timber, such as ash or bleached oak, to maintain an open and airy feel. Upholstered seating in neutral woven fabrics, like off-white or light stone, allows the wall mural to remain the focal point while keeping the overall room cohesive. If you introduce metal accents, quiet brushed steel or matte black elements provide a clean outline that contrasts gently with the soft forms of the leaves.

Colour combinations

The wallpaper is defined by its core palette of sage green, pale grey, and warm light beige. To build around these shades, we suggest pairing the pattern with adjacent walls painted in soft chalky white or warm greige to extend the light ground of the design. For decorative textiles or accent upholstery, deeper forest greens or muted olive tones echo the foliage without competing with its lighter values. Natural off-white and oatmeal textiles also sit comfortably alongside the beige backdrop for a grounded, monochromatic scheme.
